Member Dashboard
An intuitive control panel that enables users to manage their electronic waste disposal activities and seamlessly redeem accumulated points for rewards.
Agent Dashboard
A dedicated interface for field agents, enabling them to receive, review, and process requests assigned by the administrator efficiently.
Supervisor Dashboard
A centralized control panel for the operations manager to receive incoming requests, review them, and assign each request to the appropriate field agent based on geographic coverage.
Executive Management Dashboard
A high-level monitoring and analytics dashboard designed for senior leadership to oversee operations, track performance, and access actionable insights and statistics that support strategic decision-making.
Loyalty Program
A rewards system that converts points earned from responsible electronic waste disposal into redeemable gift cards, incentivizing sustainable behavior and user engagement.
Weight Calculation System
A smart system that calculates the weight of electronic waste and converts it into reward points, while also determining optimal shipment thresholds for dispatching materials to recycling facilities.
The Challenge
Difficulty in managing and tracking safe e-waste disposal requests across multiple cities, leading to overlapping responsibilities, inefficient task distribution, and delays in executing requests effectively.
The Solution
A smart request management system was developed based on a precise permissions structure linked to cities and districts, ensuring clear responsibilities and faster response times.
After an in-depth analysis, a flexible task distribution mechanism was designed, allowing supervisors to view only the requests within their assigned cities. Requests can be assigned to representatives within the same city either manually or through an automatic assignment feature, resulting in higher operational efficiency and better workflow organization.
The Challenge
As the number of requests increases, senior management and supervisors face difficulty in effectively monitoring workflow. It becomes unclear to accurately determine the status of each request or track progress, leading to weak oversight and delays in decision-making.
The Solution
A clear request status classification system was implemented, including (New – Pending – Incomplete – Closed), enabling senior management and supervisors to have immediate and accurate visibility into request statuses. The system also allows tracking requests by city independently, with the ability for representatives, supervisors, and management to add notes to each request, enhancing transparency and improving monitoring efficiency and decision-making.
